[Thu, December 9, 2010] This week my office received a letter from a client whom we represented with an insurance claim. The final outcome of the insurance settlement was favorable to say the least.

The satisfaction derived from successfully closing the case and once again making sure that the insurance company delivered on its promises is nowhere nearly as great as helping people rebuild and move on after undergoing the stresses of living with property damage.
